A bit about me

Hi there and thanks for taking time out to view my profile today. My name is Labh Reehal, I have been Personal training within Bannatynes for over 6 years now and been with the company for 9 years and counting. 

Now here's the part you really want to know more about which is my specialties. My specialities are mainly focused around my clients goals such as weight/fat loss on any scale whether it's large scale of weight/fat loss to slow low scale weight/fat loss, body fat reduction, sports specific training, functional training, core stability training and much more. 

Another good thing to know about myself is I teach classes within Bannatyne Health Club such as Kettlebells, Group Studio Cycling and Circuits. I hope reading my profile has helped you get a better understanding of me and what I do.
