n this Hatha Flow Yoga class, you'll move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that build your strength and improve your flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. We will flow from pose to pose and link the movement with the breath. There'll be a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest slightly more challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students. This class is suitable for all levels. Options and modifications will be provided to suit the varying needs of the class participants.
