Body Balance studio 1 - Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing is key to this class as all moves are derived from your breathing pattern.

RPM - Your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and endurance rides whilst working to the pumping music. As a group you will reach your cardio peak and then ease back down.
