My interests in health and fitness started at a young age, especially during my time playing professional football. At the same time as I was playing football I was also extremely interested Athletics and sports which focussed in enhancing framing such as plyometrics and weightlifting.
My interest grew in this field and influenced me to fulfill a career in health and fitness, enrolling in the HND health and fitness. I particularly enjoy resistance training and weightlifting, focussing on my technique.
I am regularly on the gym floor whether it is through work or my free time, therefore if you have any questions I am more than happy to help.
