With a combined experience of over 15 years within the sport and fitness industry, I have gained the tools and knowledge to guarantee results for my clients.
I have a passion for helping my clients reach their goals and beyond. Being competitive makes me go the extra mile to deliver a professional and top-class service.
I have a back ground in Muay Thai, MMA and boxing, which ended after having my knee reconstructed. This has given me more time to focus on the needs of my clients.
I am continuously researching new fitness ideas and looking at new areas of expertise within the fitness, health and wellbeing industry to pass on my knowledge to help my clients along their journey. I am currently Studying Mental Health/Diabetes and Obesity.
I enjoy training both myself and my clients, motorbike racing and spending time with family and friends
