I joined Bannatyne’s gym in 2009 and currently work two days a week as well as personal training clients at my home studio. I have always been competitive in sports, and always up for a new challenge.
Some of my achievements include completing the London Marathon in 2012; climbing the Inca Trail in Peru; trekking the National 3 Peaks and the Yorkshire 3 Peaks along with the occasional Tough Mudder.
My personal hobbies include travel, trekking, cooking, cycling, bikram yoga, walking my dogs and eating good food!

My principles are built around my own personal beliefs and ethics when training people. I favour functional training for the strong carry-over effect in everyday life, and adequate core function to help prevent back injuries.
