Level 2 Fitness Instructor
Level 3 Personal Trainer
As a former international swimmer, the fitness industry was a natural route to take once retiring from the sport. Since first qualifying as an instructor in 1991 I have never looked back. I have enjoyed and embraced the changes the industry has given us over the years and still continue to learn new methods of coaching and techniques to pass on to others.
Fitness is a huge part of my life. I can't ever imagine not exercising. Exercise is not only good for the body but hugely important for the mind too. I love my job, it makes me so happy. I love seeing both the physical and mental changes in clients over a period of sessions. I can't think of anything I'd rather do.
