I have been involved in sports and fitness from a very young age.
I played youth Irish league football and have been a keen runner for many years with a personal best marathon pace of 3 hours 30 minutes at the age of 21.
I started gym based training at the age of 16 working on a mix of free weight, body weight, functional and cardio based training while learning the benefits of a varied structured workout routine. I then turned to boxing at the age of 19 winning a white collar fight, immediately I fell in love with the sport. I then progressed very quickly with my next appearance in the ring as a semi pro fighter winning a PBC Celtic featherweight title. I run group and one to one boxing sessions within our club.
Fitness is my passion, i love helping people succeed in regards to their goals within a supportive, enthusiastic and fun environment.
