I have always been active from a very young age competing in various sports.
I continued my love for fitness and health as i studied and completed my honors degree in Physical Activity and Health and Strength and Conditioning. This is where my journey began where i studied anatomy, nutrition, fitness programming ,sports psychology and sports biomechanics. This allowed me to learn important knowledge about how the body works physically, mentally and sports science specific.
From then i gained my first job in a gym where i gained my gym instructor and personal training qualifications, along with other specific fitness courses. I have 4 years experience teaching various classes such as Hiit, circuits, spin, functional training, body conditioning and Speedflex. I have been personal training for 3 years where i have worked with a wide range of client base. Helping them to achieve their fitness goals, specific to their own personal development, ranging from weight loss, weight gain, body/core strength, functional training and strength and conditioning.
I am a energetic person and very approachable. My main aim is to motivate everyone i train with to the highest level, cater specifically to your fitness goals helping you have a happy mindset when working out. Most importantly, to enjoy each session and have fun.
