Working as a Spa Manager within Bannatyne Health Clubs is more than just a job; we are dedicated to our members and strive to find people who are passionate about exemplary customer service. Bannatyne Spa offers a diverse spa menu including hair and beauty, working with leading suppliers such as Elemis, Bare Minerals, Leighton Denny Nails, Wella (professional and retail), TIGI and GHD in a vibrant health club environment.
We are recruiting for a Full Time Spa Manager for Bannatyne Spa found in Bannatyne Weybridge.
Requirements and Duties:
The successful applicant must be NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent, must be dedicated to achieving business results through management of people, KPI's, and demonstrating competency in all aspects of Spa Management. These will include performance management of the team, income generation, achievement of profit expectations, implementation of promotions and processes, cost management and maintaining high standards within the Spa environment. In addition you are expected to deliver treatments within this role.
The role will involve:
1-2-1 meetings with the Spa team.Rostering and managing columns on the booking system.System Management (bookings and paying off correctly) Customer Service and dealing with complaints Stock Management Robes/Slippers/Warehouse ordering/system management Recruitment /Training needs of the team Standards in the Spa – cleanliness/ staff presentation Performance Management of the team Health and Safety Management of the Spa Hitting Financial requirements for 2017 budget.
Your performance is measured through objective KPI measures such as profit retail performance, profit conversion and mystery shopping. In return we offer a lucrative quarterly bonus structure geared around delivery of objective results together with on-going training and a support network aimed at assisting with your development. Previous management of teams is essential and being Elemis trained is desirable, although not a pre-requisite. There is an opportunity to build rapport with our members and guests and demonstrate excellent customer service which is paramount to the success of the Bannatyne Spa.
