Regional Sales & Marketing Manager

Bannatyne Fitness Ltd requires a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to provide support across 15 clubs in the South East and London Region. 
You will be required to maximise the sales potential, improve retention and raise the profile of the Bannatyne's brand throughout your region, ultimately achieving positive member growth. Reporting to the National Sales and Marketing Manager and 2 Regional Managers, your duties and responsibilities will include; Overseeing training and development of all staff with a sales and marketing remit, including the delivery of on site training. Regular audits of the sales process to ensure adherence at all clubs.Monitoring club's sales performance with particular reference to KPI and conversion performance. Developing regional sales and marketing strategy. Overseeing the social media pages and developing teams to produce engaging content. Your ability to motivate, develop and influence all those who work around you will be essential in order to maximize sales and to provide a consistently high standard of service.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to develop their career with a progressive, forward thinking Company
