We have received a great testimonial for Cammy – one of the personal trainers at our Dunfermline club.
Scott has been a client of Cammy’s for around five months and the results he has had in strength, technique, body composition and overall health are amazing! All credit to Scott for his consistency in sticking to the programme set for him and trying to better himself week in - week out.

“It is hard to put into words the difference that Cammy’s training has had on my fitness journey, and indeed my nutritional and general lifestyle management. My first aims were to build upper body strength and flexibility - an insurance policy for later life and to lose some weight, but that evolved over time into a more holistic approach to the management of my muscle mass, my nutritional habits, my fat levels, my overall food intake and my weight management.
