Roast rump of south down lamb with sweet potato dauphinoise, french beans, caramelised baby onions and minted jus

 

Pan fried fillet of sea bass with cassoulet of puy lentils, chorizo smoked paprika and winter vegetables

 

Poached fillet of turbot on clams and Mussels ragu, crushed spiced potatoes and baby pok choi

 

Potato gnocchi served with rich parmesan cream sauce, baby spinach and roast cherry tomatoes

 

 Roast crown of squab pigeon served with rosemary parmentier potatoes, creamed leeks , Honey Glazed Carrots and rich blackberry jus

Our beef comes from Woodland Farm, who provides us with cuts from the finest cattle steaks are served with chunky chips, flat cap mushroom roast tomato and béarnaise sauce.
