20 minutes of aerobic fun. 20 minutes of step and 20 minutes of toning and stretching. All you could wish for in one class!

Aerobics

An energy filled choreographed workout, broken down into easy to follow moves and using the latest tunes.

Aqua

Join in the fun of this fabulous water based workout designed to suit everyone's needs. A total body workout combining cardio-vascular and resistance exercises using specialised gloves, woggles and/or dumbbells. Be sure not to miss out on this exciting class that will leave you feeling revitalised.

BODYATTACK

BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

BODYBALANCE

BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. 

BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYJAM

A mix of hip hop, funk, Latin, disco and Broadway aimed at all fitness levels.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for, and fast!

BODYPUMP Clinic

This clinic will enable participants to learn the correct technique for a BodyPUMP class.

Bokwa

Bokwa combines kick-boxing and combat moves, with a vibrant African musical theme. 

Boxfit

A physically demanding workout that will push you to the limits and get rid of those blues! 

Circuits

A challenging based circuit class which includes a combination of cardio-vascular and resistance exercises. This class is designed for all levels to get the right workout for you. Take yourself to the limit!

Hatha Yoga

A combination of mind and body exercises using breathing and strong holding techniques to develop muscle tone, flexibility and posture. *ALL LEVELS

Iyengar Yoga

Follows the principle of strength, stability and concentration. Along with traditional training and breathing methods it forms a perfect body workout. *ALL LEVELS

L.B.T. (Legs, Bums and Tums)

An all time favourite purely designed to give you those lustful legs and beautiful bums and toned tums. A great conditioning class for everyone and always light hearted.

Metafit

A 30 minute bodyweight training class that lasts 24 hours! “Tone your muscles, boost your metabolism and burn the fat!” This ‘High Intensity Interval Training’ class burns a large number of calories and continues to do so once you have completed a class.

Nice 'n' Easy

Low level workout, combining cardio and resistance exercise. Designed for those who are new to exercise, or who would just prefer a gentler workout.

Pilates

Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.

Running Club

An outdoor jog/run for all levels of fitness.

Spin 'n' Abs

This class includes a challenging cycle followed by hardcore abdominal exercises.

Spin Express

Quick fix. If you're pushed for time but still in need of an adrenaline buzz, jump on a bike for 30 mins.

Spinning

The Best indoor cycling experience using atmospheric lighting. A high energy, calorie burning, cardiovascular workout, using your favourite music and dynamic motivation. You have variable resistance so it is suitable for the beginner to the advanced exerciser.

Step

A traditional Step class designed to tone and define the lower body, giving you great results!

Tai Chi

As one of the most popular exercise systems in the world, Tai Chi will help strengthen and improve ones core stability as well as relieve stress, tension aches & pains.

Zumba

Inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music he grew up with, Beto paired his favourite pulsating Latin rhythms with the red-hot international dance steps his clients loved and Zumba Fitness® (Spanish slang for to move fast and have fun?) was born!
