Join in the fun in this fabulous water-based workout designed to suit all abilities. A total body workout incorporating equipment such as noodles and aqua gloves for added resistance against the water, this class will leave you feeling like you have worked hard whilst increasing your energy levels.

Begin to Spin

Suitable for beginners to spinning. If you have ever wanted to try this great calorie burner, but have doubts on your ability, this class will teach you all you need to know.

Block Fit

Block Fit is a one-stop shop fitness brand. It fuses Dance, Combat, HIIT, and Yoga inspired moves, and meditation. It is a mind, body, and soul approach performed to simple to follow Blocks of choreography.

Block Fit is “4 workouts 1 class” It is the middle path of the fitness industry. It’s neither too hard, nor too easy, it has the fun of Zumba but the results of insanity.


BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.


BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for, and fast!

Boot Camp

A group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Designed to push you harder than you’d push yourselves with a motivating instructor!


This class is aimed at the abdominal and back muscles, promoting excellent posture, balance and stability. Focusing on strengthening your core through a range of stomach and back strengthening exercises, you will gain improved posture and condition your whole body.


A strictly ballroom experience, Fitsteps incorporates variations of ballroom dancing whilst focusing on posture, core and cardiovascular fitness. Designed by the stars of Strictly Come Dancing, this is tried and tested workout format designed for all levels of fitness participants with modifications for mature members and those with limited mobility. 

Hatha Yoga

A combination of mind and body exercises using breathing and strong holding techniques to develop muscle tone, flexibility and posture. Relaxation and meditation are key in this class, promoting strength, flexibility and inner harmony. This class is suitable for all levels.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

This is a high intensity, adrenaline filled, all over body workout. High Intensity Interval Training is all about working hard in intense bursts of activity with a brief recovery time to kick your metabolism up a gear! By raising your metabolism and creating an oxygen debt, you will burn more calories and do a fantastically effective workout!


A cardio-based total body conditioning program based on MAX interval training, Insanity pushes you to burn more calories and reach your fitness results faster. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

Low Impact

This class offers a low impact cardiovascular workout, focusing on a full range of movement to improve flexibility and overall fitness. This class incorporating classic aerobics with a simple step section to get your body moving whilst still being gentle enough for any ability. 


Metafit is a 30 minute bodyweight training class that boosts metabolism for up to 24 hours, so you can even burn fat in your sleep! This high intensity interval training (HIIT) class puts your body to the test and pushes you out of your comfort zone. With new programs being added all the time, you will never fail to be challenged and reap the rewards of Metafit. As this is a no equipment class, all levels of fitness and capabilities are welcome.

Mind and Body

A relaxation class incorporating Yoga and Pilates, Mind and Body is ideal for relaxing and de-stressing tired, tight muscles. 

Mix and Match

An aerobic class of high energy or low intensity designed to increase stamina and improve co-ordination.This 60 minute class gives you an all over body workout using a mixture of high energy aerobics, toning and strengthening exercise.



Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility. A great stress reliever, this class targets calm breathing and mindfulness ensuring a full health and wellbeing approach is considered. 

Rock Bottom

An all time favourite: tums, bums, and thighs. Purely designed to give you those lustful legs, beautiful bums, and toned tums. A great conditioning class for everyone and always light hearted.

Spin 'n' Abs

This class includes a challenging cycle followed by hardcore abdominal exercises to provide you with a high energy, calorie burning, cardiovascular workout. Using your favourite music and dynamic motivation, our spin bikes come with variable resistance so that this class is accessible for anyone from beginner to advanced cyclists.

Yoga is a form of gentle exercise employing precision exercises, breathing & relaxation as a means of enhancing the union of the mind & body. Tones muscles, increases flexibility, stimulates the nervous system and helps correct postural imbalances. 


Inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music he grew up with, Beto paired his favourite pulsating Latin rhythms with the red-hot international dance steps his clients loved and Zumba Fitness® (Spanish slang for to move fast and have fun?) was born!
