20M Heated Swimming Pool

Our club contains a 20M heated swimming pool which is available to all members. Free lockers, showers and swimwear drying facilities are also available.

We have a great range of resistance machines available to members covering chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abdominals and legs.

Cardiovascular Machines

We have numerous Technogym cardiovascular machines ranging from treadmills to cross trainers, and bikes to rowing machines.

Spinning Studio

Our spinning studio is the place to be for an intense calorie burning workout. Classes range in difficulty to accomodate beginners and seasoned spinning veterans.

Free Weights Area

We have an extensive free weights area with numerous benches and varying weights to suit members of all abilities.

Sauna

The perfect way to relax after a stressful day or an intense workout.

Steam Room

Changing Facilities

Fully air conditioned for your comfort our quality changing rooms offer individual lockers with plenty of hanging space. There are cubicles should you desire privacy and mirrored areas with hair dryers. Individual shower cubicles with temperature control make you feel revived and alive after your workout.

Aerobics Studios

Our aerobics studios are where we host the bulk of our weekly classes. Classes range from Boxercise to Ab Attack and are all included in your monthly membership.
