Based in Manchester City Centre, just off Deansgate, we are in an ideal location whether you want to fit a workout into your busy lifestyle or treat yourself after a days shopping.

Take time to relax and unwind in our Sensory Spa offering a range of treatments from deep tissue massage to reflexology. Enjoy a dip in our 20 meter pool after using the steam rooms, spa's and sauna's, non-members are always welcome!

If it's achieving fitness goals you're after, enjoy a workout in a one to one training session with our qualified and friendly team. Fitness testing and regular program updates are available to help you achieve your goals whatever they are. We also offer a wide range of group exercise classes, there is something for all abilities.
