Fully air conditioned for your comfort our quality changing rooms offer individual lockers with plenty of hanging space. There are cubicles should you desire privacy and mirrored areas with hair dryers. Individual shower cubicles with temperature control make you feel revived and alive after your workout.

Creche
Our Ofsted approved facility is available Monday to Friday between 9am and 2pm for children from 6 weeks to 8 years old. The creche is also available at weekends for children’s parties. Members enjoy loyalty scheme discounts, accrued with usage.
