Abs Blast
A 30 minute workout to really focus on the abdominal area and lower back.

Aerobics hi/lo
This class will definitely get you moving, with up-beat tunes that are sure to get you motivated. Each Instructor delivers their own unique style in every class.

Aqua
A water based aerobic and toning class of moderate intensity. This class is easy on the joints, but very effective. Get wet and have some fun.

Aqua Tai Chi
A Chinese form of soft, graceful exercise which helps with mobility and well being. A class performed in water for all levels of fitness.

Ball Workout
A fantastic 30 minute workout that utilises the stability ball, to help develop strength. You will develop a better posture and improve your balance.

Beginners
Beginners, a chance to experience a studio based session which will give you a taste of what our group activity programme has to offer. Each week our instructor will try something new with the group. This class is ideal for anyone who has never set foot in a studio session before. Look out for the posters to find out what your Beginner Class is this week!

Body Combat is developed from a range of self-defense disciplines with moves combined into an adrenaline pumping routine.

Involving low weights and high repetition movement this is guaranteed to reduce your body fat and increase muscle tone.

Boxercise
Fight yourself fit in our Boxercise Circuit based training session. A challenging workout with boxing combinations that will really shape and define your upper body.

Circuits
A multi stationed group exercise class designed on all the basic elements of fitness. No co-ordination required all abilities welcome.

LBT
Legs, bums and tums. A class to target all the areas of the lower body.

Pilates
An extremely popular mind and body session. By undertaking Pilates you will begin to notice your movements become more controlled and responsive, you should be standing straighter and feeling more energised as your body reacts to its new found inner strength.

Power Chi Yoga
An hour long class that combines the power of yoga with the beauty and gracefulness of tai chi.

Spin
An addictive indoor cycling workout. We have classes to suit all abilities from beginners to advanced. Classes are 30, 45 or 60 minutes long.

Step
A moderate to high intensity workout involving a step throughout the session, also a great class for toning the legs. It’s time to step up to the beat and give it a go!

Tai Chi
Designed to help, prolong and enrich life through meditative coordinative movement. Gentle exercise associated with stress relief and health improvement. This class is a total body workout which promotes correct posture and gradually increases strength.

Total Toning
An all over body conditioning class using various pieces of equipment to ensure an increase in muscle strength, tone and endurance.

Urban Funk
This is an awesome new hip-hop and street dance class for everyone to try. A dance based session set to R & B tunes that will leave you feeling like you have just auditioned for MTV. It’s fun, it’s funky, it’s time to dance. Please note this class is performed with disco lighting effects.

Yoga
Due to the wide and varied nature of postures and techniques, yoga can be practiced by almost anyone regardless of age, from very young, to women during pregnancy, to older people alike. Each session uses breathing techniques and strong holding exercises to develop muscle tone and flexibility.

Young at Heart
Aimed at the older individual and total beginners to exercise, this is a light to moderate intensity aerobic based workout.
The club timetable will consist of a variety of the above classes.
