  • BodyCOMBAT

    A pre-choreographed martial arts based workout. Combines a range of self-defence disciplines inc. Karate, kickboxing, Tai Chi and Tae Kwando.

    A pre-choreographed programme utilising barbells. This 60-minute workout uses high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning.

  • Boxing Circuits

    A circuits based class that incorporates boxing moves, Great for challenging the cardiovascular system, relieving stress and building upper and lower body strength.

  • Core Wake Up

    Early morning wake up classes to prepare you for the rest of the day.

    A class using stability balls to strengthen the core and focus on body alignment and posture.

    A class fusing together various dance styles giving an all over aerobic workout.

    A martial arts class suitable for everyone and optional development to higher grades.
