Combining the fundamental skills of boxing with a specific form of circuit training. Boxercise helps develop strength, speed and flexibility as well as training the cardiovascular system.

An easy to follow aerobics class at a steadier pace, aimed at the over 50’s.

Morning mix
Three separate 30 minute workouts ranging from Khai Bo, Aerobics, step etc. You can stay for all three or join in at the intervals.

Pilates
Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.
