    An empowering martial arts workout that will get you fighting-fit, co-ordinated to music in a non-contact workout.

  • BodyPUMP

    A muscular endurance training class using high repetition exercises to help you tone your whole body.

  • Boxing

    Train as a boxer trains without the sparring, using gloves and focus pads. Very good for cardiovascular fitness and toning.

  • Circuits

    Develop your stamina, strength and co-ordination, by working your way round a variety of exercise stations.
