  • Aqua

    A safe, effective and fun cardiovascular and body workout in the pool with exercises for toning the upper and lower body. The water's buoyancy offers support for a stress free workout suitable for any level. Particularly suitable for those with joint problems or who are new to exercise.

  • BodyATTACK

    A simple, high-energy class incorporating interval training techniques. Very effective for improving overall levels of fitness, heart and lung function, increasing bone density and burning fat!

  • BodyBALANCE

    A combination of traditional mind and body disciplines including yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Helps to improve posture, flexibility, strength and reduce stress.

  • BodyCOMBAT

    A complete all body work-out developed from a range of self-defence disciplines, using a combination of arm and leg movements which will tone and strengthen arms and legs, burning large amounts of calories. A great way to release the stresses from the day.

  • BodyPUMP

    BodyPUMP is an endurance class with weight set to motivating music. Each music track will target a different muscle group. Participants must attend a BodyPUMP clinic before attending a full class.

  • BodyPUMP clinic

    This clinic will enable participants to learn the correct technique for a BodyPUMP class.

  • BodySTEP

    A high energy cardio workout using a step that is designed to shape and tone the entire lower body and burn fat in a big way!

  • Boxercise

    Combining the fundamental skills of boxing with a specific form of circuit training. Boxercise helps develop strength, speed and flexibility as well as training the cardiovascular system.

  • Circuits

    A combination of cardiovascular and resistance training. Ideal for all levels of fitness, this workout will enable participants to choose what level of fitness they wish to work at. Circuit classes may vary in format ? please check with your club noticeboard for further information.

  • Core Strength

    A class that focuses on strengthening the all important deep core muscles and abdominals and improving balance and control.

  • Fatbuster Aerobics

    A low impact aerobics class which is great for improving overall fitness and co-ordination as well as burning fat. So even if you think you have 'two left feet' this is a great class to make friends, get fit and have fun!

  • Hula

    Using large hula hoops, it's fun, addictive and will give you a good workout! (and yes, it is as much fun as it sounds!)

  • Kickboxing

    Fancy learning this exciting and dynamic martial art? As well as self defence techniques, this will also improve body awareness and flexibility, at the same time as strengthening and toning the legs, arms and torso.

  • L.B.T

    A complete lower body workout to tone up those problem areas. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.

  • Road Runners

    Are you put off running because you don't want to run alone? If so, 'Road Runners' is for you! Join us for a gentle jog around Sutton Coldfield.

  • Salsa Cise

    For anyone who wants to find their 'Diva' spirit and strut their way to fitness, this class is a must! It's a lot of fun and gets your body wrapped around mambos, salsa, cha cha and plenty of hip to give you a great low impact aerobic workout!

  • Spin & Pump

    A class combining the intense cardiovascular workout of Spinning, with the resistance-based workout of Body Pump.

  • SpinningTM

    This class is a cardiovascular work-out for all levels of fitness using stationary cycles in a motivating class environment.

  • Stretch & Tone

    A low key class touching on elements of stretch, leg and arm toning, posture and core control. A good starter class for learning safe and effective technique, for those with problem joints, or just as an 'ice breaker' into group fitness classes.

  • Tai Chi

    Tai Chi is the world's most popular martial art! - Although it is now mostly used for its' health benefits. It incorporates gentle exercises that strengthen the body and improves circulation. It will benefit everyone regardless of age and fitness, and will improve flexibility, strength and balance.

  • The L.A.B.

    "Legs of steel, Abs like a washboard, Buns of rock!" A fun variation on LBT. No equipment needed - just yourself, a mat, lots of determination and plenty of will power!

  • Total Body Sculpt

    A low-impact workout incorporating exercise equipment to strengthen and tone the body. Whatever your fitness level - this simple fun class will leave you buzzing with energy!

  • Triple challenge

    A combination of aerobics, step and body conditioning using resistance tubes and hand weights.

  • Yoga

    An individual form of exercise concentrating on posture and encouraging improved flexibility, breathing development and relaxation. Find peace and contentment through traditional forms of relaxation to restore health and balance.
