BodyCOMBAT
A complete body work-out developed from a range of self-defence disciplines, using a combination of arm and leg movements which will tone and strengthen arms and legs, burning large amounts of calories. A great way to release the stresses from the day.

BodyPUMP
A non-impact resistance training programme utilising barbells and adjustable weights. It is an intense fat burning class that is suitable for all levels of fitness and is guaranteed to produce results. Get the body you’ve always wanted and enjoy getting there.

Hi-Lo Aerobics and Low Impact
An aerobic class of high energy or low intensity designed to increase stamina and improve co-ordination.

Kick Boxing
Combining the fundamental skills of boxing with a specific form of circuit training. Kick Boxing helps develop strength, speed and flexibility as well as training the cardiovascular system.

Complete toning workout for legs, bums and Tums. A class designed to target those problem areas.

Pilates
Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.

Looking for quick results? Then let the instructor lead you through the hills and valleys in this non impact indoor cycling class. Set to motivating, pumping music, ‘spinning’ helps burn fat, improve stamina and tone the lower body.
