  • Abs Blast

    A quick but intense blast of abdominal work to target those tricky areas.

  • Aerobics

    A high, low or mixed impact class of differing intensities, maximizing fat burning and improving cardiovascular fitness.

  • Aqua Aerobics

    A non weight bearing workout in water combining movement and water resistance to give you a safe and effective workout.

  • Bellydance

    A traditional eastern based dance class, designed to concentrate on hips and abdominal/waist muscles. A fun way to burn off calories and create that new waistline.

  • BodyBALANCE

    A fusion of the principles of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi concentrating on breathing, flexibility and strength to create a holistic workout leaving you feeling relaxed but energised.

  • BodyCOMBAT

    A complete all-body workout combining punches, kicks and blocks in a non contact class. Toning and strengthening arms and legs, burning vast amounts of calories.

  • BodyPUMP

    A complete all body workout involving classic barbell exercises to give you the body tone and shape you always wanted.

  • Easy Rider

    An excellent way of introducing yourself to the world of studio cycling. Thirty minutes to get used to the bike, atmosphere and adrenalin rush of Spin. Suitable for 12-16 year olds, time restrictions apply.

  • Learn to Salsa

    An eight week course designed to teach you the basics of Salsa Dancing in a fun, relaxed environment. Start date is week commencing 7th January. The course must be booked for the duration of the eight weeks.

  • Legs, Bums and Tums

    Aerobic class designed specifically to target those areas of the body to give an improved tone and firm up the body.

  • Line Dancing

    A low impact dance based class, all levels welcome as you begin to improve your co-ordination, burn off calories and make friends in this fun environment.

  • Pilates (Improvers)

    A developmental class, moving in from basic Pilates techniques and exercises. Some Pilates experience is required.

  • Pilates ABC

    A very basic introduction to the fundamenta principles of Pilates. Gain an understanding of the importance of posture, stability and core activation with this class for beginners. 8 week course, places must be booked at reception. Start date is week commencing 7th January.

  • Pilates on the Ball

    A higher intensity Pilates workout designed to really challenge the balance and stability muscles. Improving your posture and creating a lean and toned body.

  • Pilates/Back Care Pilates

    A mat work based class specifically designed to improve posture, balance and stability, lengthen and tone muscles and relieve stress. Slow controlled movements improve strength and movement.

  • Quick Spin

    A shorter but still intense Spin class to burn off calories and challenge your fitness levels.

  • Salsa (Improvers)

    An eight week course of more advanced Salsa Dancing techniques. Attendance of 'Learn to Salsa' or previous experience is necessary.

    Start date is week commencing 7th January. The course must be booked for the duration of the eight weeks.

  • Spin

    Let the instructor lead you through the hills and valleys in this indoor cycling, non-impact class to motivating, pumping music. Helps burn fat, improve stamina and tone up the lower body.

  • Step-up

    A traditional Step class designed to tone and define the lower body, giving you great results. High impact.

  • Tai Chi

    As one of the most popular exercise systems in the world, Tai Chi will help strengthen, relieve stress, aches and pains with slow controlled movements concentrating mind and body.

  • Tai Chi (Improvers)

    A developmental class, designed to give an insight into more advanced levels of Tai Chi. Some previous experience is necessary.

  • Total Tone

    An exercise class involving working with resistance weights to improve definition of the whole body. Exercises working major muscle groups to get the effect that you desire!

  • Weight Management

    An eight week educational course designed to empower you to understand what you eat and how to change your bad habits!

    Course starts 7th January. Please book places at reception.

  • Yoga

    Suitable for all including beginners and intermediate students. In this class we focus on the postures, including some dynamic poses. Release tension and stress, increase energy levels and learn to relax.

  • Young at Heart Aerobics

    A gentle, low impact class combining cardiovascular fitness, toning and stretching, aimed at our more mature members. Join us for a complimentary coffee in the bar afterwards.
