  • Kick Box Workout

    A combination of punches and kicks from a variety of martial arts improving cardiovascular fitness, muscle toning, balance and body awareness.

  • Pilates

    Increase flexibility, strength & learn how to improve your postural muscles. Ideal for core stability, stress release and improving circulation.

  • Spinning

    Let the instructor lead you through the hills and valleys in this indoor cycling, non-impact class to motivating, pumping music.

  • Tai Chi

    An ancient method of enhancing your health and wellbeing through controlled, powerful movements. A health system and a martial art rolled into one, tai chi is suitable for all participants.
