  • Abs & Stretch

  • Aqua Aerobics

    A non weight-bearing workout in water. Combining water and movement resistance.

  • Body Attack

    A mix between martial arts and aerobics. If you want the feel-good factor and be revitalized then this is the class for you!

  • Body Pump

    An endurance class with weights set to motivating music. Each track will target an individual body part. Fantastic for toning and shaping.

  • Boxercise

    Combining the fundamental skills of boxing with a specific form of circuit training. Boxercise helps develop strength, speed and flexibility as well as training the cardiovascular system.

  • Circuit

    This is a sure way to work to you max while getting an all over work out this will raise your heart rate and get that blood pumping while decreasing those unwanted fat stores.

  • Fitball

    This class is great if you want a strong mid-section to enhance your workouts, aid balance or posture or even if you just want to flatten your stomach.

  • Hatha Yoga

    Yoga suitable for all, including beginner and intermediate students. The focus is on posture and includes some dynamic poses.

  • Hi-Lo

    The name itself says it all; if you feel you need that extra boost why not get it with this class. Ho Lo is designed to target the problem areas to help you achieve the shape that you deserve.

  • LBT (Legs, Bums and Tums)

    Hit the target areas where the weight tends to stick!

  • Pilates

    Focussing on your core abdominal stabilisers. A fusion of breathing, balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility.

  • Salsa

    Great new Latin trend sweeping over London! This is a fun way dancing yourself into shape and to getting to meet other people.

  • Spinning / Express Spin

    Bringing the ultimate experience of outdoor cycling indoors; visualize Tour de France in Hampstead Hill. Our spinning instructor will take you on a journey every time you enter the class. Interval, endurance and strength training rides!

  • Step & Tone

    A traditional Step class designed to get the heart racing whilst toning and defining the lower body to give you great results!

  • Yoga Stretch

    A mind and body class working on the core and developing balance, posture and strength. Ideal for postural development, stress release and improving circulation.
