    20 minutes of aerobic fun. 20 minutes of step and 20 minutes of toning and stretching. All you could wish for in one class!

  • Aqua-Fit

    Water Based class where you don’t need to be able to swim! Acting as resistance the water gives your whole body a workout.

  • B.L.T. (Bums, Legs and Tums)

    A complete lower body workout to tone up those problem areas. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

  • BodyCOMBAT

    A complete all body work-out developed from a range of self-defence disciplines, using a combination of arm and leg movements which will tone and strengthen arms and legs, burning large amounts of calories. A great way to release the stresses from the day.

  • BodyPUMP

    A non-impact resistance training programme utilising barbells and adjustable weights. It is an intense fat burning class that is suitable for all levels of fitness and is guaranteed to produce results. Get the body you’ve always wanted and enjoy getting there.

  • Circuits

    A challenging based circuit class which includes a combination of cardio-vascular and resistance exercises. This class is designed for all levels to get the right workout for you. Take yourself to the limit!

  • Core Stability

    Focuses primarily on the core muscles. This workout will challenge your body like never before! The class will vary from upper to lower body combinations, an abdominal blast and a fitball circuit.

  • Hi-Lo Aerobics and Low Impact

    An aerobic class of high energy or low intensity designed to increase stamina and improve co-ordination.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.

  • Spinning

    Looking for quick results? Then let the instructor lead you through the hills and valleys in this non impact indoor cycling class. Set to motivating, pumping music, ‘spinning’ helps burn fat, improve stamina and tone the lower body.

  • Step Reebok

    Whether you’re new to step or are aiming to return to fitness, this class is ideal for you. Easy moves which tone up the lower body and include a good toning session to finish.

  • Yoga

    An individual form of exercise concentrating on posture and encouraging improved flexibility, breathing development and relaxation. Find peace and contentment through traditional forms of relaxation to restore health and balance.

  • Young at Heart

    A class designed for our slightly more mature exercisers who wish to workout at a slightly slower pace.
