  • BodyCONDITIONING

    This class attack’s those awkward parts of the body other classes can’t reach it is designed to tone and shape the whole body.

  • Boxercise

    Combining the fundamental skills of boxing with a specific form of circuit training. Boxercise helps develop strength, speed and flexibility as well as training the cardiovascular system.

  • Bums 'N' Tums

    Complete toning workout for legs, bums and Tums. A class designed to target those problem areas.

  • Fit Ball

    Intense workout using stability ball.

  • Iyengar Yoga

    Follows the principle of strength, stability and concentration. Along with traditional training and breathing methods it forms a perfect body workout. *ALL LEVELS
