An aerobic class of high energy or low intensity designed to increase stamina and improve
co-ordination.

Pilates
Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.

Spinning
Looking for quick results? Then let the instructor lead you through the hills and valleys in this non impact indoor cycling class. Set to motivating, pumping music, ‘spinning’ helps burn fat, improve stamina and tone the lower body.

A step class designed for the intermediate/advanced excerciser. An intense class with creative steps and explosive moves.

Yoga
An individual form of exercise concentrating on posture and encouraging improved flexibility, breathing development and relaxation. Find peace and contentment through traditional forms of relaxation to restore health and balance.
