  • Aerobics

    An energy filled choreographed workout, broken down into easy to follow moves and using the latest tunes.

  • Aqua

    Splish splash your way to fitness with this fun, non impact, water based aerobic and conditioning class. Get a fantastic workout without those stresses and strains on your joints.

  • BodyBALANCE

    A mixture of strength, toning and flexibility moves choreographed to challenge core strength and stability.

  • BodyCOMBAT

    A complete all body work-out developed from a range of self-defence disciplines, using a combination of arm and leg movements which will tone and strengthen arms and legs, burning large amounts of calories. A great way to release the stresses from the day.

  • BodyPUMP

    A non-impact resistance training programme utilising barbells and adjustable weights. It is an intense fat burning class that is suitable for all levels of fitness and is guaranteed to produce results. Get the body you’ve always wanted and enjoy getting there.

  • Circuits

    A challenging based circuit class which includes a combination of cardio-vascular and resistance exercises. This class is designed for all levels to get the right workout for you. Take yourself to the limit!

  • Groove FX

    A pre choreographed routine mixing a blend of groove, jam and Latin moves.

  • Ladies Morning

    A gentle all round exercise class, comprising of aerobics, toning, stretch & relaxation, then a cup of tea/coffee and a chat to finish.

  • Line Dancing

    Get those cowboy boots out and step in line Texan style.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.

  • Plan B

    An 8-week weight management programme, comprising of nutritional education, eating habits, understanding food labels and learning how the body responds to food and exercise, allowing you to make a healthy informed choice. (Course most be pre booked).

  • Step

    A traditional Step class designed to tone and define the lower body, giving you great results!

  • Stomp FX

    This is no ordinary step class, a pre choreographed programme, which opens the door to the less experienced participants. It targets the lower body muscles for strength and tone and offers the ultimate butt-busting workout.

  • Tai Chi

    As one of the most popular exercise systems in the world, Tai Chi will help strengthen and improve ones core stability as well as relieve stress, tension aches & pains.

  • Yoga

    An individual form of exercise concentrating on posture and encouraging improved flexibility, breathing development and relaxation. Find peace and contentment through traditional forms of relaxation to restore health and balance.
