  • Beginners Yoga

    A great way to start improving your flexibility. This class is designed for those who have always wondered how this great class can work for you. Our experienced yoga teacher will guide you through all the techniques at an easy pace.

    Pre choreographed aerobic moves in a high intensity fitness class

  • BodyCOMBAT

    Combines kicks and strikes from a range of martial arts disciplines in a fun and choreographed class. Can you kick it?!

  • BodyPUMP

    A non impact resistance training program that utilises barbells and adjustable weights

  • Boxa Circuit

    A boxing based class incorporating stationed exercises with boxing techniques.

  • Boxercise

    Combining the fundamental skills of boxing with a specific form of circuit training. Boxercise helps develop strength, speed and flexibility as well as training the cardiovascular system.

  • Circuits

    A challenging based circuit class which includes a combination of cardio-vascular and resistance exercises. This class is designed for all levels to get the right workout for you. Take yourself to the limit!

  • Fit Ball

    A great way to tone those stomach muscles and strengthen your back.

  • Jazzy Gold

    A fun dance class for the over 50's

  • Modern Dance

    A funky modern dance class which will be fun and exciting and will improve your fitness.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.

  • Spin

    Looking for quick results? Then let the instructor lead you through the hills and valleys in this non impact indoor cycling class. Set to motivating, pumping music, ‘spinning’ helps burn fat, improve stamina and tone the lower body.

  • Spin and Abs

    A half hour ultimate spinning class, combines with half hour effective exercises to flatten, strengthen and tone your tum.

  • Step

    A traditional Step class designed to tone and define the lower body, giving you great results!

  • Step Aerobics

    This 1 hour session is packed with lots of creative step choreography as well as high energy aerobic training.
