    A brilliant cardiovascular, low weight bearing, body-conditioning workout.

  • B.L.T. (Bums, Legs and Tums)

    A complete lower body workout to tone up those problem areas. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

  • Begin to Spin / Spin

    An ideal fat burning work out for novice spinners, or a 45 minute indoor cycling non-impact, high energy class to motivating pumping music.

  • BodyPUMP

    A non-impact resistance training programme utilising barbells and adjustable weights. It is an intense fat burning class that is suitable for all levels of fitness and is guaranteed to produce results. Get the body you’ve always wanted and enjoy getting there.

  • BodySYNERGY

    Using a combination of Yoga & Pilates techniques to strengthen the body and relax the mind.

  • BodyTONE

    A class aimed at toning and strengthening all those problem areas.

  • Hi-Lo Aerobics

    An aerobic workout for all abilities, working the heart and lungs to improve co-ordination and stamina.

  • Intro Step / Step

    This is aimed at participants who are new to step. This class consists of basic step moves and easy to follow routines.

  • Kids Aqua - Kids Club

    Workout whilst you’re over 4’s are looked after.

  • Ladies Morning

    A gentle all round exercise class, comprising of aerobics, toning, stretch & relaxation, then a cup of tea/coffee and a chat to finish.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.

  • Self Defence

    A mixture of all martial arts taught by a karate & judo black belt.

  • Sunday Morning Wake Up

    Cure that hangover with this fun-filled aerobic based cardiovascular workout.

  • Tai Chi Yoga

    A mind and body class combining Yoga moves with Tai Chi using very slow forms of gentle martial arts.

    Enhancing flexibility, balance, strength and relaxation, Yoga rejuvenates the body and restores the mind to simplicity and peace.
