    Aerobics with a difference. This class combines your favourite aerobic routines with toning exercises.

    gently in the pool using the water for resistance.

  • BodyCOMBAT

    Combines powerhouse moves, developed from a range of self defence disciplines. Fighting fit in no time.

  • BodyPUMP

    This is the class that will change your body shape. Combines low weights and high repetition, a total body workout.

  • Bums 'N' Tums

    Complete toning workout for legs, bums and Tums. A class designed to target those problem areas.

  • Personal Training

    Do you find it hard to motivate yourself? If so, why not receive Personal Training from one of our experienced Fitness Instructors.

    They will motivate, guide and coach you until you achieve your goal, whether it be a firmer bottom, flatter tummy or increased stamina.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.

    Looking for quick results? Then let the instructor lead you through the hills and valleys in this non impact indoor cycling class. Set to motivating, pumping music, ‘spinning’ helps burn fat, improve stamina and tone the lower body.

  • Step

    A traditional Step class designed to tone and define the lower body, giving you great results!

  • Weight Management

    Shed those pounds and learn nutritional advice in an 8week enjoyable course.

  • Yoga

    An individual form of exercise concentrating on posture and encouraging improved flexibility, breathing development and relaxation. Find peace and contentment through traditional forms of relaxation to restore health and balance.

  • Young at Heart

    Feeling young at 50+. Try a different workout every week with this unique and specialised class.
