  • Aerobics

    An energy filled choreographed workout, broken down into easy to follow moves and using the latest tunes.

  • Aquacise

    Great fun with a splash. Invigorating workout suitable for all levels. A safe and effective workout whilst in the water.

  • B.L.T. (Bums, Legs and Tums)

    A complete lower body workout to tone up those problem areas. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

  • Begin to Spin

    Suitable for beginners to spinning. If you have ever wanted to try this great calorie burner, but have doubts on your ability, this class will teach you all you need to know.

  • Beginners Yoga

    A great way to start improving your flexibility. This class is designed for those who have always wondered how this great class can work for you. Our experienced yoga teacher will guide you through all the techniques at an easy pace.

  • BodyBLITZ

    A great chance to workout using barbells and core stability balls. Will tone and define all over.

  • BodyCOMBAT

    A complete all body work-out developed from a range of self-defence disciplines, using a combination of arm and leg movements which will tone and strengthen arms and legs, burning large amounts of calories. A great way to release the stresses from the day.

  • BodyFOCUS

    Pilates based class. Using deep breathing techniques and slow moving exercises, this class will work those deep muscles that you never even knew existed! Incorporates bands and free weights.

  • BodyPUMP

    A non-impact resistance training programme utilising barbells and adjustable weights. It is an intense fat burning class that is suitable for all levels of fitness and is guaranteed to produce results. Get the body you’ve always wanted and enjoy getting there.

  • Boxercise

    Combining the fundamental skills of boxing with a specific form of circuit training. Boxercise helps develop strength, speed and flexibility as well as training the cardiovascular system.

  • Intermediate Spin

    Designed for those who have progressed through from beginners spin. A great calorie burner, designed to push you just that little bit further.

  • KOBO

    Punch and kick your way to great aerobic fitness. Tones all over body and is followed by a challenging abs workout. Real cardio challenge.

  • Latin Dance

    Bring out the Latin Fever in you. Not aerobics, but a dance class designed to teach you the basic moves of all Latin dance. Beginners and slightly more advanced skills taught.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.

  • Spin to Stability

    Spinning class, followed by core stability section using the core stability balls.

  • Table Tennis

    Available where stated. Please book at reception.

  • Tai Chi

    As one of the most popular exercise systems in the world, Tai Chi will help strengthen and improve ones core stability as well as relieve stress, tension aches & pains.

  • Top to Tone

    Working with steps, core stability balls and free weights. This class will warm you up and then tone all over areas. Suitable for all levels.

  • Weigh to Workout

    A chance to get weighed and have measurements taken regularly. Your individual goals will be set for you to reach weekly. Followed by step and tone class to fat burn and tone up.

  • Yoga

    An individual form of exercise concentrating on posture and encouraging improved flexibility, breathing development and relaxation. Find peace and contentment through traditional forms of relaxation to restore health and balance.

  • Young at Heart

    A class designed for our slightly more mature exercisers who wish to workout at a slightly slower pace.
