A complete all body work-out developed from a range of self-defence disciplines, using a combination of arm and leg movements which will tone and strengthen arms and legs, burning large amounts of calories. A great way to release the stresses from the day.

This class attack’s those awkward parts of the body other classes can’t reach it is designed to tone and shape the whole body.

BodyPUMP
A non-impact resistance training programme utilising barbells and adjustable weights. It is an intense fat burning class that is suitable for all levels of fitness and is guaranteed to produce results. Get the body you’ve always wanted and enjoy getting there.

BodyPUMP Technique Class
You need to attend this class at least once and gain a pass certificate before attending the regular Body Pump Classes.

A resistance workout to music using barbells and dumbbells.
