  • Abs Blast

  • BodyPUMP

    A non-impact resistance training programme utilising barbells and adjustable weights. It is an intense fat burning class that is suitable for all levels of fitness and is guaranteed to produce results. Get the body you’ve always wanted and enjoy getting there.

  • Kick Boxing

    This is a great aerobic workout and in addition it increases coordination and lower body power. It utlilises blocks, punches kicks and sweeps.

  • On the Ball

    Improve your strength, muscle tone and core stability with new exercises using the fit balls.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.

    Looking for quick results? Then let the instructor lead you through the hills and valleys in this non impact indoor cycling class. Set to motivating, pumping music, ‘spinning’ helps burn fat, improve stamina and tone the lower body.

  • Street Dance

    Fun way to keep fit, simple dance moves are turned into fun MTV routines. You will listen to the best R&B and hip hop sounds around. Suitable for all levels. Perfect practice for weekend parties.
