    A mix of low impact aerobics and conditioning moves to tone and strengthen the whole body. This class is designed around the needs of the mature participant.

    A combination of high and low impact moves designed to improve cardiovascular fitness with intensity options offered throughout.

  • Aqua

    A low impact workout in the pool working against the resistance of the water.

  • Body Conditioning

    Designed to tone and shape the body - focusing on those problem areas such as bums, thighs and tums.

  • BodyBALANCE

    A holistic and dynamic fitness programme set to uplifting music combining the traditional disciplines of Yoga, Pilates and T'ai Chi.

  • BodyCOMBAT

    An all over body workout developed from a range of self-defence disciplines including Karate, Kickboxing and Boxing.

  • BodyPUMP

    A muscular strength and endurance workout using weights set to motivating music. This class focuses on all main muscle groups for maximum fat burning and fast results.

  • Circuits

    Designed to increase muscular strength and endurance as well as improve cardio fitness. In this class participants will make there way round a variety of exercise stations working at their own fitness level.

  • Dancasize

    Fitness and fun through dance based moves. Includes easy to follow choreography from Modern, Salsa, Street and Hip-Hop dance styles.

  • Fitness Pilates

    Designed to stabilise core muscles and improve posture, strength, balance and flexibility.

  • Pilates

    Core conditioning that works the deep postural muscles reshaping and rebalancing the body to its correct alignment.

  • Plan B

    An 8 week weight management course. Educational sessions for effective long term weight control.

  • Salsa

    Latin style class incorporating Brazilian dance moves.

  • Spinning

    Indoor cycling to motivating music. A great cardiovascular workout to suit all abilities.

  • Yoga

    A strength and flexibility class that incorporates physical postures, alignments of the body and breathing exercises challenging the body whilst relaxing the mind.
