  • Hi-Lo Aerobics

    An aerobic workout for all abilities, working the heart and lungs to improve co-ordination and stamina.

  • Kids 'B' Active

    Mixed activities for children, ranging from kids circuits to ball games.

  • Kids Dance

    A range of classes with a qualified instructor, including ballet, tap, modern, jazz and pop video.
