    A complete all body work-out developed from a range of self-defence disciplines, using a combination of arm and leg movements which will tone and strengthen arms and legs, burning large amounts of calories. A great way to release the stresses from the day.

  • BodyHARD

    Based on the principles of body sculpting and shaping.

  • BodyPUMP

    A non-impact resistance training programme utilising barbells and adjustable weights. It is an intense fat burning class that is suitable for all levels of fitness and is guaranteed to produce results. Get the body you’ve always wanted and enjoy getting there.

  • BodySCULPTING

    A class designed to sculpt all areas using hand weights and resistance bands.

  • BodySHAPE

    Improve your posture, core stability and flexibility, creating long lean muscles.

  • Bums 'N' Tums

    Complete toning workout for legs, bums and Tums. A class designed to target those problem areas.

  • Circuits

    A challenging based circuit class which includes a combination of cardio-vascular and resistance exercises. This class is designed for all levels to get the right workout for you. Take yourself to the limit!

  • Karate

    This class is Shotokan Karate and you can work through the grading system officially, with 3 monthly assessments. Other and previous grades are recognised.

  • Kickboxing

    Focusing on strength, speed and technique; this fantastic martial arts based class will give you the ultimate workout!

  • Kids 'B' Active

    Mixed activities for children ranging from kids circuits to ball games. Fun and exciting this class will have your children worn out!

  • Pilates

    Pilates is based on the principle of rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment through slow controlled movements and exercises. Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility and is a great way to relieve stress.

  • Relaxation

    Learn to combat stress and tension, illness, negativity, pain and much more.

  • Spinning

    Looking for quick results? Then let the instructor lead you through the hills and valleys in this non impact indoor cycling class. Set to motivating, pumping music, ‘spinning’ helps burn fat, improve stamina and tone the lower body.

    A traditional Step class designed to tone and define the lower body, giving you great results!

  • Yoga

    An individual form of exercise concentrating on posture and encouraging improved flexibility, breathing development and relaxation. Find peace and contentment through traditional forms of relaxation to restore health and balance.

    A class designed for our slightly more mature exercisers who wish to workout at a slightly slower pace.
